Senior Sales Engineer – MENA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is transforming how companies combat financial crime through advanced risk technology. Our client serves major enterprises globally and is expanding their technical sales presence across the MENA region.

This Senior Sales Engineer role is remote-based with a preference for candidates in Dubai. The position requires up to 50% travel and offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge fraud prevention and compliance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to identify and assess prospects' fraud and compliance requirements
• Prepare and deliver customized technical demonstrations that showcase platform capabilities and business impact
• Interface with Security teams to articulate security posture and successfully complete security reviews
• Complete RFPs for competitive opportunities with thorough technical responses
• Create comprehensive Solution Designs that address specific prospect needs and use cases
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering peers to improve team processes and best practices
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide market feedback and help shape the product roadmap
• Serve as the technical bridge between prospects and internal teams throughout the sales cycle

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar technical sales role
• Prior experience in the Risk, Fraud, or Compliance technology domain
• Hands-on experience with APIs and strong understanding of JSON
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java
• Bonus: knowledge of web development principles and ability to build internal tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down technical problems and design proposed solutions
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment working with global clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Consultative approach and thought leadership mentality when engaging with prospects

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: AED 340,000 – AED 475,000 annually, plus equity and commission.
