Informatica Solution Architect – MDM and Enterprise Integration

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the enterprise technology sector, seeking an Informatica Solution Architect to lead discovery, assessment, and solution design initiatives. You will:

• Assess current MDM and integration landscapes across Informatica platforms, ERP systems, middleware, PLM, and consuming applications
• Document applications, data flows, interfaces, ownership structures, dependencies, criticality levels, and operational controls
• Evaluate integration patterns including batch, near-real-time, API-led, event-driven, file-based, and message-based architectures
• Review master-data domain models, match-and-merge logic, survivorship rules, trust frameworks, hierarchies, validations, and workflows
• Assess product and material processes including hierarchies, classifications, plant extensions, MRP attributes, recipes, formulations, and product structures
• Define target-state architecture, canonical data models, and reusable services for creation, enrichment, approval, publication, extension, change, and retirement workflows
• Design integration controls for sequencing, idempotency, duplicate prevention, validation, acknowledgement, retry, replay, and reconciliation
• Validate product capabilities, licensing assumptions, constraints, roadmap alignment, and implementation options with technology partners
• Ensure designs support future cloud, analytics, AI, and regional transformation initiatives
• Facilitate discovery and architecture workshops and develop credible implementation roadmaps

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Senior-level Informatica MDM and enterprise integration architecture experience
• Strong ERP integration and master-data knowledge
• Proven ability to assess complex technical landscapes and define pragmatic target-state solutions
• Hands-on understanding of API, event-driven, batch, CDC, messaging, and file-based integration patterns
• Strong consulting, workshop facilitation, and client-facing communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with next-generation ERP platforms, PLM systems, and Consumer Packaged Goods industry processes
• Experience working directly with Informatica product or partner teams
• Previous discovery-to-RFP or architecture-led transformation experience
