SEO Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an SEO Lead to join their marketing function. This is a strategic role focused on driving organic search performance for B2B customers in a specialized vertical. Our client operates in a fast-growing segment and has secured substantial funding to scale their platform.

Candidates must be based in Pakistan and able to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SEO efforts and website optimization for B2B customers across North America
• Perform comprehensive keyword research to guide on-page and off-page optimization strategies
• Implement and manage organic search strategies including technical SEO, content creation, and link-building campaigns
• Review website issues and recommend technical fixes to improve search performance
• Use analytical tools to monitor, analyze, and continuously improve search engine rankings
• Develop and execute optimization strategies that increase visibility in search results
• Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and integrated marketing best practices

What We're Looking For

• 4-5 years of professional experience in SEO, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments
• Strong SEO expertise across enterprise websites, including keyword research, search intent analysis, content strategy, site architecture, and internal linking
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, website optimization, crawling, indexing, and ranking factors
• Proven track record of ranking competitive keywords in the Top 3 positions
• Hands-on experience with AI SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platforms such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ownership mentality
• Focus on measurable business impact and revenue-driving outcomes
