Role Overview

This is a full-time position that combines clinical expertise with strategic sales engagement. You will serve as the primary liaison between Dr Reddy's Laboratories Limited and healthcare providers, pharmacies, and medical institutions across the Santiago region. Your role centers on educating medical professionals about our cardiovascular and diabetes therapeutic portfolio, building lasting professional relationships, and driving product adoption through evidence-based positioning and personalized engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, cardiologists, endocrinologists, and hospital pharmacy directors to present product efficacy, safety data, and clinical evidence
• Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical benefits and appropriate use of cardiovascular and diabetes medications
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, case studies, and product demonstrations aligned with each audience's clinical interests
• Build and maintain a detailed account management system to track interactions, follow-ups, and relationship development
• Monitor market feedback and competitor activity, reporting insights to regional management
• Comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical guidelines governing medical representative conduct
• Support clinical events, training seminars, and professional conferences to strengthen brand presence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, nursing, medicine, life sciences, or related field
• Proven experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative, medical representative, or clinical account manager
• Deep knowledge of cardiovascular and/or diabetes disease states, treatment pathways, and standard of care protocols
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English
• Professional demeanor and the ability to establish credibility with healthcare professionals
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple relationships independently
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Santiago Metropolitan Region
