About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential conversion optimization firm seeking a skilled video editor to produce premium LinkedIn content. Our client works at the intersection of A/B testing, user experience, and data-driven design. They need someone who can transform technical concepts into engaging short-form videos that resonate with business audiences.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world. You'll be creating founder-led content that combines talking-head footage, screen recordings, website examples, and simple motion graphics to explain optimization principles and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Edit short LinkedIn videos, typically 30 seconds to 3 minutes in length
- Transform raw footage into polished, engaging social media content
- Add captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and simple motion graphics
- Apply consistent color grading to maintain a premium visual standard
- Enhance audio quality through basic sound design and leveling
- Make business and data-heavy topics feel clear and visually accessible
- Create compelling openings that hook viewers within the first few seconds
- Repurpose longer recordings into multiple short-form clips
- Maintain a clean, data-driven brand aesthetic across all content
- Communicate effectively with a U.S.-based team and incorporate feedback efficiently
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media video work
- Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy
- Experience editing talking-head, educational, or business-focused content
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
- Good written English communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
Preferred:
- Experience creating content for B2B, SaaS, marketing, or technology audiences
- Motion graphics skills or After Effects experience
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube content formats and best practices
- Interest in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, UX design, or digital marketing
