Magnify of Central Florida is hiring a Lifeskills Manager in Saint Cloud, Stearns County. This full-time position oversees programs that empower individuals with disabilities to build greater independence and participate fully in their communities.
The Opportunity
As Lifeskills Manager, you'll lead our integrated support services across multiple sites, guiding people with disabilities through person-centered planning toward meaningful independence. This role combines program oversight, team leadership, and strategic coordination to deliver compassionate, high-impact services aligned with each individual's goals and strengths.
What You'll Do
- Direct and manage Adult Day Training, Follow Along Supported Employment, and Companion programs across all service locations
- Develop individualized service plans centered on participant preferences, abilities, and aspirations
- Supervise and mentor direct support team members to ensure quality service delivery
- Maintain compliance with all state regulations, federal requirements, and organizational policies
- Monitor program effectiveness and adjust strategies to maximize participant engagement and progress
- Collaborate with families, case managers, and community partners to coordinate comprehensive support
- Maintain accurate documentation of participant outcomes and program performance metrics
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in disability services, human services programming, or related fields
- Knowledge of person-centered planning methodologies and practices
- Proven ability to lead, supervise, and develop team members
- Understanding of state and federal disability services regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between service sites as needed
