Role Overview

As a Licensed Real Estate Broker with Windermere Real Estate in Sedro Woolley, you'll represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions throughout Skagit County. This role centers on client service, market expertise, and delivering results. You'll work with a supportive team of professionals committed to understanding each client's unique needs and guiding them through their real estate journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in property transactions, from initial consultation through closing
• Conduct comparative market analysis and provide pricing guidance to clients
• List properties, market them effectively, and show homes to prospective buyers
• Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes
• Maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards
• Stay current with local market trends, property values, and regulatory requirements in Sedro Woolley and Skagit County
• Collaborate with other agents, lenders, title companies, and inspectors to facilitate smooth transactions

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Real Estate Broker License (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
• Proven experience in residential real estate sales and brokerage
• Strong knowledge of Sedro Woolley and Skagit County real estate markets, or willingness to develop it
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional integrity and commitment to ethical practices
