What This Role Involves

As Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Delek US Holdings, you'll lead the financial planning, budgeting, and analysis functions across the organization. This director-level position requires someone who can build and lead a high-performing finance team while driving data-driven decision-making across business units. You'll be responsible for developing strategic financial plans, analyzing business performance, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership and the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Lead financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions
• Manage and mentor a financial planning and analysis team
• Monitor and report on business performance against targets and KPIs
• Work cross-functionally with refining, logistics, and corporate departments to ensure alignment
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior leadership and board communication
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
• 10+ years of financial planning, analysis, or accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a director or senior manager role
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software platforms
• Strong understanding of downstream energy industry operations or large-scale manufacturing environments
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
