Lead Contract Manager, IDC Contracts

Meta is hiring a Lead Contract Manager, IDC Contracts in Pierre, Hughes County. In this full-time role, you'll own contract strategy and execution across infrastructure and data center partnerships, ensuring compliance while driving business value for one of the world's largest technology organizations.

Role Overview

As Lead Contract Manager for IDC Contracts at Meta, you'll lead the development and execution of complex infrastructure and data center agreements. You'll manage the full lifecycle—from initial deal structuring through performance management—while proactively identifying opportunities to optimize terms, reduce risk, and align contracts with Meta's strategic priorities. Your work directly supports Meta's ability to build and operate world-class data center infrastructure.

Core Duties

• Spearhead negotiation and drafting of infrastructure and data center contracts, balancing legal risk mitigation with commercial objectives
• Oversee contract administration, including performance tracking, compliance audits, and amendment management
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline contract workflows and enhance operational efficiency
• Develop strategic responses to emerging market conditions and industry shifts that affect IDC procurement and partnerships
• Ensure all agreements meet corporate policy requirements and regulatory standards across relevant jurisdictions
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams to align contract terms with business needs
• Maintain documentation, governance frameworks, and reporting on contract portfolio status and key metrics

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing complex commercial contracts at scale, ideally in infrastructure, data center, or enterprise procurement
• Strong negotiation and business acumen; comfort structuring creative solutions to competing stakeholder needs
