Position Summary
As a Heavy Duty Steward Cleaner at Hard Rock Bristol, you'll play a vital role in keeping our facilities spotless and guest-ready. This is a full-time position where attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness standards directly impact the guest experience. You'll work in a fast-paced hospitality environment where your stewardship efforts support operations across dining areas, back-of-house spaces, and public facilities.
What You'll Do
- Perform heavy-duty cleaning and sanitation of kitchen equipment, dining areas, and facility spaces
- Follow established stewardship protocols and food safety standards in all cleaning operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in high-traffic areas and back-of-house zones
- Operate and care for commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to support smooth daily operations
- Report maintenance issues and ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Adapt to changing priorities and special cleaning needs as required
What You Bring
- Proven experience in heavy-duty cleaning, stewardship, or kitchen sanitation roles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Physical capability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout your shift
- Reliability and a positive attitude toward supporting hospitality operations
