Role Overview
As a Helper 1 All Crafts, you'll be a versatile member of our construction and trades teams, assisting skilled craftspeople and ensuring our Morenci work sites run efficiently and safely. This full-time role combines hands-on labor with site management and preparation, making you essential to daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Assist plumbing crews with installations, pipe fitting, and related tasks
- Excavate and dig trenches to specifications, managing soil and materials
- Perform masonry work under the direction of experienced masons
- Organize, lay out, and maintain tools and equipment at job sites
- Prepare construction sites by tidying materials and setting up work areas
- Enforce safety rules, regulations, and best practices every day
- Complete additional assigned tasks and trades work as needed
