Towne Properties is hiring a full-time Customer Service Administrator at our Carolina Regional Office in North Hills, Wake County, paying $18–$21 per hour. If you excel at building relationships and solving problems with professionalism and care, we'd like to meet you.
The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the front line of support for our residents and business partners. This is your chance to shine in a stable, full-time role at a recognized leader in property management. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and online channels with professionalism and attention to detail
- Process service requests, maintenance work orders, lease inquiries, and administrative documentation accurately and promptly
- Maintain organized records and update customer accounts to ensure consistency across the team
- Coordinate between residents, maintenance staff, and management to resolve issues and follow up on outcomes
- Assist with scheduling appointments, site tours, and administrative events
- Support the regional office with general administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly
