Brand Champion Chef

Kitopi is seeking a Brand Champion Chef to join our team in New York City, New York. In this full-time role, you'll be the guardian of culinary excellence across our kitchen network, ensuring every dish meets brand standards and delights our customers.

Position Summary

As our Brand Champion Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our partner brands across multiple kitchen locations. You'll combine hands-on culinary expertise with operational leadership to standardize execution, mentor kitchen teams, and drive consistency in food quality and presentation. This position bridges culinary craft with scalable operations—ensuring Kitopi's kitchen network operates with precision and pride in every plate.

What You'll Do

• Undergo comprehensive training at our partner kitchens to master their signature recipes, operational standards, and brand identity
• Develop detailed brand execution manuals that guide kitchen staff through recipe preparation, plating, and delivery standards
• Partner with our Head of Growth Operations to coordinate kitchen teams across satellite locations
• Oversee quality assurance protocols and troubleshoot execution inconsistencies
• Lead kitchen staff through process refinement and best-practice implementation
• Ensure each meal meets brand standards before delivery to customers

Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional chef or kitchen leader
• Deep understanding of food safety, culinary techniques, and kitchen operations
• Strong ability to document and communicate recipes and procedures clearly
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments
• Leadership skills with a commitment to mentoring and training kitchen teams
• Attention to detail and passion for consistent quality and presentation
• Ability to work collaboratively across operational and growth teams
