About This Position

Amazon is seeking a hands-on InfraDelivery Technician with Security Clearance to support the delivery and deployment of network infrastructure solutions. In this full-time role, you'll work at the intersection of infrastructure operations and system reliability, partnering with engineering and operations teams to deploy and maintain the technologies that keep our services running smoothly. Your work directly contributes to network performance, system uptime, and the scalability required by Amazon's global operations.

Core Duties

• Install, configure, and test network infrastructure equipment and components according to technical specifications
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to restore or optimize system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to ensure successful deployment of infrastructure changes
• Document technical work, maintain accurate records, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
• Support the automation and optimization of infrastructure delivery workflows to improve efficiency and reliability
• Follow established procedures, security protocols, and safety standards throughout all technical work

Requirements

• Valid security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain security clearance as required
• Technical knowledge of network infrastructure, systems, or related IT infrastructure disciplines
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in networked environments
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow technical documentation
• Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and processes in a fast-paced environment
