About the Role

As Community Manager at Oak Lake Townhomes, you'll be the cornerstone of our community operations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build meaningful resident relationships, oversee community programming, and ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards. You'll work directly with residents, vendors, and the broader Greystar team to create a vibrant living environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily community operations and resident services at Oak Lake Townhomes
• Develop and execute community events and resident engagement programs
• Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests with professionalism
• Coordinate with maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on community activities and occupancy
• Enforce lease agreements and community policies fairly and consistently
• Build strong relationships with residents to foster community pride and retention

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous community management, property management, or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
• Proficiency with computer systems and property management software
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle conflict resolution tactfully
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification a plus
