Retail Assistant Manager – Full-Time

Role Overview

As Retail Assistant Manager at our Yankton store, you'll play a critical role in day-to-day operations and team leadership. You'll support store management, oversee team performance, and ensure every customer receives the welcoming, knowledgeable service that defines our brand. Core Duties

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a retail sales team to meet performance and service standards
• Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security
• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to highlight key categories and drive engagement
• Monitor inventory levels, process shipments, and maintain accurate stock records
• Train team members on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence
• Support recruiting and onboarding efforts to build a strong, unified team

Qualifications

• Proven retail or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
