Enterprise Sales Leader, Strategic Accounts

Clearwater Analytics is hiring for the Enterprise Sales Leader, Strategic Accounts position in New York City. This full-time role is designed for an accomplished sales professional who builds and maintains high-value enterprise accounts while driving measurable revenue growth.

Role Overview

The Enterprise Sales Leader, Strategic Accounts position represents a key growth driver within our organization. You'll own the full sales cycle for enterprise-level opportunities, from initial discovery through contract closure, while managing a portfolio of high-value accounts. This role requires deep strategic thinking, exceptional relationship-building capabilities, and a proven track record of exceeding aggressive sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise business opportunities aligned with company strategy
• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for strategic enterprise clients
• Lead sales conversations at C-suite and executive levels, demonstrating deep understanding of customer business challenges
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
• Develop tailored sales proposals and presentations addressing enterprise client needs
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, implementation, and customer success to ensure successful account onboarding

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record closing enterprise software or SaaS deals with significant contract values
• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience managing strategic accounts
• Exceptional ability to build executive relationships and navigate complex organizational structures
• Strong consultative selling skills with focus on customer value and business outcomes
• Experience with CRM platforms and proven sales methodologies
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with strong work ethic and resilience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
