• Coordinate safe loading and delivery logistics for large orders

• Build and maintain relationships with professional accounts
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues appropriately

Requirements

• Proven customer service or sales experience, ideally in retail, construction, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge across Home Depot's professional categories
• Comfortable with point-of-sale and order management systems
