Join Lytx as a Senior Account Executive (Mid-Market) and drive enterprise sales growth across US territories. We're building relationships with mid-market fleet operators seeking smarter, safer operations—and we need a strategic sales leader to bring customers from prospect to profitable partnership.

About This Position

This full-time role focuses on selling Lytx's comprehensive fleet management solutions to mid-market transportation and logistics organizations. You'll work within our Direct Sales organization, building consultative relationships with decision-makers and guiding them toward custom configurations that deliver measurable business impact. Your mission: help mid-market fleet operators reduce operational risk, improve driver safety, streamline efficiency, and unlock competitive productivity gains. This is a territory-based position where you own the sales cycle from initial outreach through contract close and post-sale enablement.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify mid-market fleet operations across assigned territories, identifying pain points around driver safety, risk management, and operational efficiency
  • Conduct consultative discovery and demonstrations tailored to each prospect's unique business challenges and ROI requirements
  • Design solution configurations that align Lytx offerings with customer objectives and budget parameters
  • Negotiate commercial terms, manage deal cycles, and close agreements on aggressive timelines
  • Build executive relationships with fleet managers, operations directors, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategy; maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Partner with implementation and success teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and early value realization

Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise or mid-market B2B sales experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, SaaS, or adjacent software-as-a-service industries
  • Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in the $50K–$500K+ range
  • Strong consultative and discovery skills; ability to translate customer needs into compelling business cases
  • Comfortable with territory planning, forecasting, CRM discipline, and sales methodology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presence in all customer interactions
  • Travel within assigned region as needed (typically 30–50%)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales experience
