Canon USA & Affiliates is seeking an experienced Leader, Medical Affairs to head a multidisciplinary team in Lansing, Ingham County, guiding how advanced imaging technology reaches and benefits patient care.
About the Role
This full-time, on-site position in Lansing, Ingham County puts you at the intersection of clinical science and cutting-edge imaging innovation. As Leader of Medical Affairs at Canon USA & Affiliates, you will direct a group of clinical and technical specialists working to bring novel imaging solutions from concept into everyday clinical practice. You will own the strategy behind clinical evidence and cultivate the partnerships that make meaningful improvements in care possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and develop a team of clinical and technical experts focused on advancing patient care through imaging technology.
- Translate emerging imaging solutions into practical, real-world clinical settings.
- Shape and execute the strategy for generating clinical evidence, including planning research and evaluation initiatives.
- Oversee clinical research and assessment activities from design through implementation.
- Establish, nurture, and grow relationships with key clinical customers and collaborative partners.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership of clinical and/or technical teams, ideally within medical imaging or a related healthcare field.
- Strong command of clinical research methodology, evidence generation, and evaluation processes.
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clinical stakeholders and partners.
- Skill in connecting innovative technology to measurable clinical outcomes.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lansing, Ingham County.
