Integrated Planning Lead (IPL)-2 with Security Clearance

RTX is hiring an Integrated Planning Lead (IPL)-2 with an active U.S. security clearance in Tucson, Pima County, Arizona. This is a full-time, onsite position for a U.S. citizen ready to drive strategic alignment across cross-functional teams in a dynamic defense and technology environment.

The Opportunity

Join RTX as an Integrated Planning Lead and own the responsibility of coordinating complex planning initiatives across multiple departments and stakeholder groups. You'll bridge operational requirements with strategic goals, ensuring teams maintain alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. This role demands someone who can synthesize diverse inputs, communicate clearly with leaders at all levels, and drive execution of integrated plans that support mission-critical objectives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated planning schedules and roadmaps that track progress across functional areas
• Facilitate planning sessions and cross-team coordination meetings to align stakeholders on priorities and dependencies
• Monitor plan execution, identify risks and gaps, and recommend corrective actions to leadership
• Prepare and present planning analyses, status reports, and strategic summaries for senior management review
• Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects and timelines
• Work with technical, operational, and business teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans

What We're Looking For

• Active, transferable U.S. government security clearance (required before start date)
• U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance eligibility)
• Demonstrated experience in planning, program coordination, or integrated scheduling roles
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with planning tools and project management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability; skilled at presenting to diverse audiences
• Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or related field
