About the Role
The Innovation Program Manager will oversee the conception, planning, and execution of strategic programs that advance Fluence's intelligent energy storage and optimization solutions. You will work at the intersection of technology, renewable energy, and operational excellence, collaborating with teams across the company to transform how energy systems operate on a global scale.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and budgets for innovation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Track program metrics, milestones, and deliverables against established objectives
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and project teams
- Identify opportunities to optimize program delivery and enhance team collaboration
- Support the evaluation and integration of new approaches within established workflows
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of program management, project coordination, or related leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with project management tools and data analysis methods
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, environmental science, or related field
- Experience in energy, technology, renewables, or software industries preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional, collaborative environments
