About the Role

As a Senior Building Maintenance Technician with The Landers Company, you will take ownership of the facility and property requirements spanning several vehicle dealerships, their associated buildings, and an on-site collision center. This on-site position in Cammack Village calls for a hands-on professional who can anticipate maintenance needs, troubleshoot complex building systems, and ensure each location remains safe, functional, and well-maintained. Compensation is determined by your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day facility and property upkeep across multiple Landers Toyota dealership locations.
• Maintain and repair commercial and industrial building systems, structures, and related equipment.
• Support the maintenance and operational readiness of the collision center and connected buildings.
• Diagnose issues proactively and coordinate timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Uphold safety and quality standards throughout every facility you service.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of demonstrated experience in commercial and/or industrial building repair and maintenance.
• Strong, well-rounded technical knowledge of building systems and facility operations.
• Ability to oversee maintenance needs across multiple sites and prioritize effectively.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in an on-site role.
