What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows PCs and Apple Macs at client sites
- Install, configure, and support POS (point-of-sale) systems for retail and hospitality clients
- Mount and install television and display systems in commercial and residential environments
- Perform on-site technical assessments and provide solutions tailored to client needs
- Document service work and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the support process
- Travel to multiple locations throughout Willow Grove, Montgomery County, and the broader Philadelphia area
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining Windows and macOS systems
- Familiarity with POS hardware, software, and basic configuration
- Experience with AV installation, mounting systems, or display technology (strongly preferred)
- Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical clients
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple service appointments
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within the service area
