Sr. Analyst for Knowledge & Content Management (Remote)

What This Role Involves

As a Senior Analyst, you'll own the design and execution of knowledge management initiatives that support Maximus operations. You'll develop robust systems for information storage, retrieval, and continuous improvement, ensuring content remains accurate, current, and accessible across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the knowledge base platform in SharePoint, serving as a single source of truth for organizational documentation
• Design document management systems and protocols that streamline workflow efficiency and ensure consistency across departments
• Audit knowledge base content regularly to identify inaccuracies, gaps, and outdated information, then prioritize and implement updates
• Partner across departments to gather requirements, validate content accuracy, and ensure documentation reflects current business practices
• Establish clear ownership structures and governance frameworks that enable sustainable content management and accountability
• Monitor usage patterns and solicit feedback to improve discoverability and relevance of knowledge assets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing enterprise knowledge or content management systems, particularly SharePoint
• Strong understanding of information architecture, taxonomy development, and document organization best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functional teams
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies in large documentation sets
• Demonstrated ability to establish processes, manage change, and drive adoption of new systems
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with colleagues
