Your Responsibilities

• Perform neurosurgical procedures including cranial, spinal, and functional interventions
• Manage pre- and post-operative patient care with evidence-based protocols
• Develop and lead neurosurgery service lines within the Waxahachie facility
• Collaborate with anesthesia, nursing, and radiology teams to optimize surgical outcomes
• Participate in continuing education and maintain professional certifications
• Serve as a clinical resource for emergency and trauma neurosurgical cases

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with completion of neurosurgery residency training
• Board certification or board eligibility in Neurological Surgery
• Valid Texas medical license or ability to obtain
• Commitment to evidence-based surgical practices and patient safety
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to develop new service lines and mentor junior physicians
