Park Center Inc. is hiring a full-time Permanent Supportive Housing Therapist in Berry Hill, Davidson County, to deliver advanced clinical care within a program designed to help individuals find and sustain stable housing. About the Role

As a Permanent Supportive Housing Therapist, you will serve as an advanced clinical practitioner within a program that combines both Housing First and Sober Living approaches. Working on-site in Berry Hill, you will report to the Director of Permanent Supportive Housing and provide therapeutic support to clients as they build stability, well-being, and independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized therapeutic services to participants enrolled in the Permanent Supportive Housing program.
  • Support clients across both Housing First and Sober Living tracks, tailoring care to each person's recovery path.
  • Apply advanced clinical practice to assess needs, develop treatment plans, and track ongoing progress.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Permanent Supportive Housing and the broader care team to coordinate services.
  • Help participants strengthen the coping skills and resources needed to maintain long-term, stable housing.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as an advanced therapeutic practitioner, ideally within supportive housing or behavioral health settings.
  • Working knowledge of Housing First and harm-reduction or sober-living frameworks.
  • Strong assessment, treatment-planning, and case-coordination abilities.
  • Commitment to client-centered, recovery-oriented care.
  • Ability to perform the duties of this non-exempt, full-time position on-site in Berry Hill, Davidson County.
