Core Duties

• Engage customers as a solutions consultant, identifying their business challenges and recommending products, technology, services, furniture, and print offerings that address their specific needs
• Support and coach team members in product knowledge, customer service techniques, and sales best practices
• Drive sales performance by positioning our integrated solutions and helping customers understand the value of comprehensive partnerships
• Nurture customer relationships through attentive follow-up and ongoing business consultation
• Maintain store operations including inventory accuracy, visual presentation, and team coordination
• Embody a customer-first mindset that guides every interaction and decision on the sales floor

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing leadership roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities that build trust with diverse customers
• Willingness to learn and apply knowledge across multiple product categories and service offerings
• Natural ability to motivate and support colleagues in a team environment
• Comfort with retail technology, including point-of-sale systems
