LNA / Personal Caregiver

Senior Helpers is seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Caregiver for immediate part-time positions serving seniors and individuals with care needs in Stratham and the greater Rockingham County area, including Portsmouth, Hampton, Seabrook, Dover, and Rochester, New Hampshire.

Position Summary

As an LNA or Personal Caregiver with Senior Helpers, you'll deliver compassionate, person-centered care to clients in their homes throughout southern New Hampshire. This part-time role offers meaningful work supporting seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living, mobility, and personal care tasks in a setting where dignity and independence are valued.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide safe mobility support and fall prevention to reduce injury risk
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and support with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families through attentive, respectful care
• Document care activities and communicate observations to nursing staff and supervisors
• Follow individualized care plans while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries

Requirements

• Current US residency with legal work authorization
• Reliable personal transportation for traveling to client homes throughout the service area
• Availability for a minimum of 15–20 hours per week on a flexible, part-time basis
• Genuine compassion and proven ability to work with seniors and vulnerable adults
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a care team
• Physical capability to safely perform patient care and mobility assistance tasks
