The Opportunity

We're looking for an attorney with approximately three years of litigation experience to strengthen our Business Litigation and Professional Liability team. In this role, you'll tackle substantive legal work on behalf of corporate clients and professionals facing challenging disputes, building your reputation and legal acumen within a practice area recognized for its complexity and strategic importance.

What You'll Do

• Research, analyze, and author legal memoranda and motions on business disputes, contract interpretation, and professional liability claims
• Prepare and review discovery materials, witness statements, and case documentation
• Participate in depositions and trial preparation under the guidance of senior attorneys
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status, strategy, and litigation developments
• Support settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution efforts
• Assist in case management and maintain organized documentation using firm systems

What You Bring

• Active law license in good standing in California (or ability to obtain)
• Approximately three years of relevant litigation experience in business, commercial, or professional liability matters
• Strong legal writing and analytical capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines effectively
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication with clients and opposing counsel
