Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver literacy curriculum aligned with program objectives and district standards

- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer tutors and program assistants
- Track student progress, manage program data, and submit required reports to Ymca Of Collier County
- Coordinate daily schedules and program activities at the Parkside Elementary School location
- Communicate with families, school staff, and community partners to support student success
