About This Position

As a Valet Cashier in Guest Services, you'll be the welcoming face of Montage during guests' arrivals and departures. Working part-time in this dynamic role, you'll manage vehicle parking and retrieval while handling guest transactions with professionalism and warmth. This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in fast-paced, guest-focused environments and take pride in creating memorable experiences from the moment guests arrive.

What You'll Do

• Greet arriving and departing guests with genuine hospitality and attention to detail
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with Montage standards and safety protocols
• Process guest transactions, payments, and parking fees using point-of-sale systems
• Address guest inquiries and requests with professionalism, directing complex concerns to appropriate departments
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle information and parking details
• Coordinate seamlessly with bellhop, front desk, and concierge teams
• Uphold Montage's appearance and grooming standards throughout your shift
