Adventure Ted Partnerships & Events Council Intern — Community Engagement & Events Internship

Childhood Cancer Society is hiring an Adventure Ted Partnerships & Events Council Intern for our El Paso, El Paso County office. This is a full-time internship opportunity focused on community engagement and events within a nonprofit dedicated to supporting families affected by pediatric cancer.

About the Role

As an intern on our Partnerships & Events Council, you'll gain hands-on experience in event coordination, community engagement, and relationship building. This full-time position sits at the intersection of fundraising, partnerships, and volunteer engagement—all crucial to our mission of ensuring families affected by pediatric cancer receive the support they need during their most challenging times.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to planning and executing community events, fundraisers, and engagement activities
• Support partnership development and relationship management with community organizations and corporate allies
• Assist with coordinating wish-grant programs and family-centered initiatives
• Help manage outreach communications with donors, volunteers, and community members
• Develop and support social media content and marketing materials for events
• Handle administrative coordination including scheduling, data management, and documentation
• Identify and cultivate connections with potential community partners and supporters
