Leadling is seeking a Senior Loan Officer and Team Leader in Hartford, Hartford County for a full-time, commission-based position. About the Role

As a Senior Loan Officer and Team Leader at Leadling, you'll drive loan originations while building and mentoring a team of loan officers. You'll leverage our CRM and business development tools to grow realtor referral networks, expand your client base, and scale your operation throughout Hartford and the surrounding region.

What You'll Do

• Originate and process mortgage loans, guiding clients through the complete application and approval process
• Cultivate and expand relationships with realtors, real estate agents, and other referral sources
• Build and lead a growing team of loan officers, providing coaching and professional development
• Use the Leadling CRM platform to manage client relationships, track pipeline activity, and coordinate follow-ups
• Ensure accuracy of loan documentation and full compliance with regulatory requirements
• Meet business development targets and achieve commission goals
• Coordinate with operations, underwriting, and closing teams to support customers through closing
