About the Role

As a Condominium Attendant, you are the first point of contact for residents and visitors. You'll work in a professional, fast-paced environment where your communication skills, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality matter most. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the high standards expected at our managed luxury properties throughout the Boston area and beyond.

Core Duties

• Greet residents and guests with professionalism and courtesy
• Provide directions and answer questions about building amenities and services
• Monitor and control building access, maintaining security protocols
• Manage incoming packages, deliveries, and mail distribution
• Assist residents with special requests and inquiries in a timely manner
• Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of common areas
• Communicate effectively with building management and maintenance teams
