About This Position

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking experienced Merchandiser & Sales Account Managers to expand our presence across key markets. This full-time role combines strategic account management with hands-on merchandising to maximize shelf space, increase product visibility, and grow sales in on- and off-premise accounts. You'll represent our brands with professionalism and energy, building lasting partnerships with retail partners, bars, restaurants, and distributors throughout your assigned territory.

Core Duties

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts in your sales territory
• Execute in-store merchandising, including product placement, promotional displays, and point-of-sale materials
• Present and pitch new products and promotional programs to store managers and decision-makers
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with store staff
• Document sales activities, account details, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve account issues
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of experience in sales, merchandising, or retail account management
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
• Physical ability to stock shelves and move product cases
• Enthusiasm for the beverage industry and proven customer service orientation
