About the Role

As a Route Service Representative with Cintas's Rental Division, you'll be the trusted contact for a dedicated customer base throughout your assigned service area. This is a dynamic, customer-focused position combining account management with hands-on service delivery. Working on a four-day schedule, you'll drive to customer locations, deliver and retrieve uniforms, towels, and facility supplies, resolve customer issues in real time, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. Whether inside a manufacturing plant, office building, or shop floor, you'll build lasting relationships while ensuring every customer receives reliable, professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive an assigned route and service existing customer accounts within your territory
• Deliver, exchange, and pick up uniforms, shop towels, and chemical cleaning products
• Build relationships with decision-makers and facility managers at each location
• Identify upsell opportunities and present additional services to customers
• Maintain accurate delivery and collection records
• Respond to customer requests and troubleshoot service issues on-site
• Support account growth through consultative selling and excellent service execution

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, loading, and unloading products
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependability and reliability—you'll manage your own route and schedule
• Sales mindset or willingness to learn to identify customer needs and opportunities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer relationships
