Role Overview
As a Graduate Nurse in our Heart & Vascular Progressive Care unit, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients with complex cardiac and vascular conditions. Core Duties
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring in the progressive care environment

- Provide patient and family education regarding cardiac and vascular conditions, medications, and self-management
- Document clinical observations, interventions, and patient responses according to established protocols
- Support the delivery of evidence-based nursing interventions and emerging clinical technologies
- Respond to changing patient conditions and escalate concerns appropriately
Skills & Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to obtain one
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain before employment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team-based care model
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
- Ability to adapt to a varied schedule in a dynamic clinical environment
