About This Position
As an Auto Glass Master Technician at WindshieldHUB, you'll be the mobile face of our professional service, traveling to customer locations throughout Queens and surrounding areas. You'll execute high-precision windshield replacements and repairs, maintaining the company standards that have earned the trust of over 1 million drivers across the nation. Your mobile service van, provided branded equipment, and complete tool kit ensure you have everything needed to deliver consistent, reliable workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Install and replace automotive glass using industry-leading techniques and safety protocols
- Perform diagnostic inspections and execute precise glass repairs on customer vehicles
- Manage and maintain your assigned branded service van and equipment inventory
- Complete detailed service documentation and customer interaction records
- Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to quality and safety standards
- Navigate to customer locations efficiently across Queens and surrounding service zones
- Stay current with advanced glass repair technology and company procedures
What You Bring
