Sales Account Manager

Estes Express Lines is hiring a Sales Account Manager to grow our transportation business in Wade Hampton and the surrounding Greenville County area. In this full-time role, you'll drive revenue by developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive shipping solutions across your assigned territory.

Position Summary

As a Sales Account Manager at Estes Express Lines, you'll own the growth and retention of a dedicated customer territory. You'll combine strategic business development with hands-on relationship management to expand our market presence in Wade Hampton and Greenville County, leveraging our industry-leading transportation network and services.

What You'll Do

• Create and execute strategic sales plans to grow account revenue and capture new business opportunities within your assigned territory
• Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their transportation needs and recommend tailored Estes Express Lines solutions
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through regular communication, account reviews, and service excellence
• Enter, track, and analyze sales data using our CRM platform to identify trends, forecast pipeline, and demonstrate territory performance
• Prepare competitive proposals and pricing quotes that reflect customer requirements and company margins
• Document sales activities, customer interactions, and monthly progress in detailed reports for management review
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to the broader sales strategy for the Wade Hampton and Greenville County region

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development—ideally in transportation, logistics, or B2B services
• Strong ability to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals with business decision-makers
• Comfort using CRM software and sales tracking systems to organize accounts and document progress
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently while meeting sales targets
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for customer visits
• Willingness to work in the Wade Hampton area and serve the local Greenville County business community
