As a Legal Process & Technology Consulting Manager at PwC, you'll partner with clients across industries to modernize their legal functions. You'll diagnose operational inefficiencies, architect technology-enabled solutions, and guide implementation to achieve lasting results. Travel of up to 40% supports client engagement delivery and cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client legal workflows and operations using data analysis to identify automation and process efficiency opportunities
- Design tailored technology solutions and process improvements aligned with strategic business objectives
- Lead implementation initiatives, including change management and stakeholder adoption strategies
- Collaborate with in-house legal teams, operations leadership, and key decision-makers throughout engagements
- Build and mentor project teams while communicating recommendations and insights to senior executives
- Stay current with legal operations trends and emerging legal technology solutions
What You Bring
- Consulting experience in legal operations, process improvement, or business transformation
