What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to MCR Hotels' high cleanliness standards
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment throughout the property
• Respond attentively to guest requests and report maintenance issues promptly
• Ensure all areas meet our product consistency and quality expectations
• Work cooperatively with housekeeping and front-desk teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Follow all safety protocols and property procedures
