Working from the front desk of the Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Flagler Center, you uphold the MCR commitment to clean, friendly, well-organized, and safe hotels by making every arriving guest feel valued from the moment they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests with genuine warmth and handle check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
• Build positive guest relations by anticipating needs, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly.
• Champion the MCR standards of happy guests, spotless cleanliness, and consistent product quality throughout each shift.
• Keep the front desk and lobby tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Contribute to a safe and secure environment for guests and fellow team members.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless, dependable service.
