Responsibilities

• Support certified technicians by organizing tools, parts, and service materials in the work area
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks including fluid checks, tire rotations, battery replacements, and filter changes under technician supervision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe auto service bay that meets Walmart safety and sanitation standards
• Operate service equipment responsibly and follow all safety procedures and protocols
• Track inventory of automotive supplies, fluids, and parts; report stock levels and assist with ordering
• Process service transactions accurately, ensuring customers understand their service details and pricing
• Welcome customers professionally and answer common questions about services, warranties, and availability

Requirements

• Ability to work full-time hours in an active automotive service environment
• Customer service experience or demonstrated commitment to helping others
• Mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in automotive maintenance and vehicles
• Physical capability to lift, bend, and move equipment and vehicle parts regularly
• Attention to detail with ability to follow technical instructions accurately
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely move vehicles within the service lot
