About the Role

As Hazardous Materials & Environmental Compliance Manager at Faith Technologies, you'll drive our environmental stewardship and safety culture. This full-time position is central to ensuring our operations in construction, engineering, manufacturing, and renewable energy meet or exceed all federal, state, and local environmental regulations. You'll partner with project teams, leadership, and external agencies to create and maintain robust compliance frameworks that protect both our people and our communities.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and oversee hazardous materials handling procedures across all operational divisions
• Monitor and ensure adherence to environmental regulations, including EPA, OSHA, and state-specific requirements
• Conduct routine environmental audits, site inspections, and hazmat assessments to identify risks and corrective actions
• Prepare and maintain environmental compliance documentation, permits, and regulatory filings
• Train and mentor team members on hazardous materials safety, emergency response, and environmental best practices
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, third-party auditors, and environmental consultants
• Investigate environmental incidents and implement preventive measures
• Stay current with evolving environmental regulations and recommend process improvements to stay ahead of compliance

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing hazardous materials and environmental compliance in construction, manufacturing, or related industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of EPA regulations, OSHA standards, and applicable state and local environmental laws
• Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence leaders on environmental priorities
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability
• Relevant certifications (such as Certified Environmental, Health & Safety Auditor, or equivalent) preferred
