About the Role
This is your chance to be a founding member of an elevated restaurant kitchen. As a full-time member of our kitchen team, you'll help set the tone for quality and consistency across all kitchen operations from our opening forward.
What You'll Do
- Prepare ingredients, proteins, and components to exacting restaurant standards
- Execute grill work, plating, and line station duties during service
- Maintain kitchen equipment, workstations, and sanitation protocols
- Communicate efficiently with your culinary team during fast-paced service periods
- Support the kitchen's quality and consistency goals daily
- Handle dishwashing and kitchen sanitation operations as needed
