Production Worker – Exterior/ Siding /Roofing

Champion Homes is hiring a full-time Production Worker for our Exteriors department at our Claysburg, Pennsylvania manufacturing facility. If you're detail-oriented and ready to build quality homes that families will depend on, we want to meet you.

About the Role

As a Production Worker in our Exteriors department, you'll manufacture siding, roofing, and other exterior building components that protect and define homes. This is hands-on manufacturing work in a professional facility where quality and safety are non-negotiable. You'll contribute directly to products that homeowners trust for decades.

What You'll Do

• Assemble and fabricate exterior components including siding and roofing materials
• Operate production equipment and machinery following established procedures and safety protocols
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Maintain your work station and surrounding area in a clean, organized condition
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to keep production moving forward
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment

What We're Looking For

• A reliable, punctual team player ready to work full-time
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and sustain quality standards
• Physical capability to perform manufacturing work, including lifting and sustained standing
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
