About the Role

As a Float CSR/Teller, you'll work across multiple branch locations in our Marion County area, providing excellent customer service and handling day-to-day banking transactions. You'll connect customers with the right resources for their financial needs and maintain accountability for risk management and compliance in all interactions.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service in every banking interaction
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and customer transactions with accuracy
• Identify customer needs and refer them to the appropriate business partner for personalized financial guidance
• Maintain responsibility for risk awareness and compliance standards
• Support operations across multiple Indianapolis-area branches as a float position
• Contribute to team success through open communication and collaborative problem-solving
