About the Role

As a Medical Imaging Device Technician at Tri-Imaging in Appleton, you'll own the responsibility of maintaining, servicing, and optimizing imaging equipment that directly supports clinical operations. Your role combines hands-on technical work with a leadership component—you'll mentor team members, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, and ensure systems perform at peak efficiency. Based in Outagamie County, you'll work directly with clinical staff and equipment manufacturers to keep our imaging devices running reliably.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair medical imaging devices and related equipment
• Perform routine diagnostics, calibration, and quality assurance testing on imaging systems
• Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate with manufacturers on repairs and replacements
• Train clinical staff on proper equipment use and safety procedures
• Document service records, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance data
• Mentor junior technicians and lead by example in technical best practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience servicing medical imaging equipment such as ultrasound, X-ray, CT, MRI, or related systems
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems independently
