About the Role

As Principal Systems Engineer for Networking, you'll lead the technical design and implementation of complex, large-scale networking systems. What You'll Do

• Design, analyze, and optimize enterprise-grade networking infrastructure for defense applications
• Lead systems integration, testing, and validation of network solutions from concept through field deployment
• Architect secure communication protocols and network security frameworks that protect mission-critical systems
• Mentor engineers and drive technical decisions across cross-functional teams
• Troubleshoot complex networking issues and implement solutions that enhance system performance and resilience
• Contribute to full-lifecycle product development: requirements, design, analysis, integration, testing, and delivery

What We're Looking For

• Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one (US citizenship required)
• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying large-scale networking systems
• Deep expertise in TCP/IP, routing protocols, network security, and system-level architecture
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive strategic engineering decisions
• Strong background in systems integration, test planning, and embedded or distributed systems design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across diverse technical teams
